RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original FAROS packaging with all tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To process a refund or exchange a merchandise, please send an e-mail to: hello@shopfaros.com stating the reason for the return. Once your email is received FAROS Concierge will contact and provide you with all the information you will need in order to send the items back to our warehouse in Greece. Please be reminded that FAROS provides complimentary UPS return labels to all approved returns but shipment costs will be at the customer’s expense. In case of exchange, FAROS will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. 

 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
